SHIPPING

Materiae will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday 7am-4pm Pacific Time. All packages will be shipped priority by United States Postal Service or UPS ground from Los Angeles, California.

Materiae is not responsible for stolen or lost packages or inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers.

For International orders, customers may need to pay additional import fees to receive the package depending on the country. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is the responsibility of the receiver.

If your products arrives damaged please contact Materiae as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 15 days for an exchange/credit only. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange . If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged. To complete your return, please call 855-536-0534 for a return authorization number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment center.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please call us at 855-536-0534, or send us an email at info@materiae.com for a return authorization number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
